As Milbuck pointed the transitions of the set are not too clean but i think is very enjoyable, maybe for a radio show it's not the best style but i bet on a club it owns so set the mood to jumping mode.

Hi Rodri,

You've selected very cool tracks mate!

- 2 questions .. Rodri Santos - Requiem at Dawn (Original Mix), is it your own track?
And wich track is it that starts at 27.50 min. +/-, is it Requiem at Dawn?
I love the track anyway :D please let me know.

- Further .. the passage from

7.- 7 Skies & Kiholm - Lost and Found (Original Mix)

to

8.- Sander van Doorn - Renegade (Club Mix) [TE 2010 Anthem]

to

9.- Richard Durand - Into Something (Original Mix)

to

10.- Rank 1 - Symfo (Marcus Schössow vs Robert Burian Remix)

to

11.- Michael Angelo feat. Jenry R - Disconnected (Myon & Shane 54 Dub Mix)

to

12.- BT - Suddenly (Ferry Corsten Remix)

is véry uprofessional. I know you can do better mate, this is ridicioulus bad.
You are not working with Beats Per Minute it looks like. I hope you hear your own faults too?

My tip:

Try to use the same Beats Per Minute when you're mixing to the next track.
You need to practice this more.

- 10.- Rank 1 - Symfo (Marcus Schössow vs Robert Burian Remix), funny remix of Symfo .. I didn't know it before. I don't like it very much I must say .. but funny to hear a new mix.

- I like the outro.. how the music slowley is gonna stop.. but maybe a bít too long.

;) Hope you can do something with this.

Hello Timo, thank you a lot for listening this time and for giving real feedback.

Yes, Requiem at dawn it's my new original and it's the song that starts at 27:50 aproximately.

The first part of the set it's what i have been doing lately, uplifting trance 136-140bpm but lately i've added some low bpm tracks at the end 130-134 or so that hardly match with 140 bpm tracks so i make some poor transitions yes, almost fading in one song and fading out the other, sometimes i kill the trebles or the bass to make it more clean but they're not beatmatched.

From my point of view having all tracks 138-140 bpm may become a bit boring thats why i start doing this, and i see i am wrong since nobody seems to like this so i think this is the last mix of this kind.

7.- 7 Skies & Kiholm - Lost and Found (Original Mix)

to

8.- Sander van Doorn - Renegade (Club Mix) [TE 2010 Anthem]

to

9.- Richard Durand - Into Something (Original Mix)

This was a radio rip so i had little to do here but for the rest there's no much explanation than it's badly done.

So i think i will structure my mixes with the old style

140,139,138,137,136,137,138,139,140

In the outro i was running out of time so i faded slowly, a bit too long yes, i will consider it if i've to do it again.

Thank you for your honest feedback

hey Rodri... i listened to the mix...the tracks arent bad...nice one on your own track..i like that...well honestly i dont know you have a lot of clashing key notes and the beat matching is sloppy and it seems like the bpm's are all over the place...so are u playing this on radio? or something trance FM?i think its best to listen to your mix before posting it up so u can revise it before we critic it. im just pointing this out so next time it gets better and better. :) :) :) hope ur enjoying ur new midi...later

Till here

1.- Epica - Moments (Dereck Recay Remix)
2.-Ummet Ozcan vs W&W - Domewave Zero (W&W Bootleg)
3.-Android - STM 064 (Ronny K Emotional Remix)
4.-ReOrder - Nights Above Athens (Original Mix)
5.-Paul van Dyk - Forbidden Fruit (Giussepe Ottaviani Remix)
6.- Rodri Santos - Requiem at Dawn (Original Mix)

i think it's quite well beatmatched, some aren't key matched since i had no time to look for keys as i have little time with my exams.

As for the bpms....... i mix 140 with 136 without master tempo yes, this is affordable but on this episode there are tracks at 140, a track at 134 and a track at 140 again, this was really challenging.

To do this i put the 1track to -1'5% max, and the other to 1'5%, this is what i consider affordable without master tempo, otherwise the key changes (and is what clash melodies most of time) :S also if the difference between bpms it's a lot i use the jogwheel and pitch (+/-) to get the beats matched for a bit but sooner or later they are unmatched again, with virtual dj was easier because you saw where the beats were and i could manage to keep them there.

But well, this "experiments" are gone, back to classics.

I used Vdj along with a mixer and this was very very easy, even without using synch button you see the beats at the top, have master tempo.... with traktor is more difficult than with cdj's as they have master tempo too, i like challenge and now i'm failing but with more practice i will succeed again
